Summer Mania Veg is part of our seasonal vegetarian burger line, Mania Veg, always featuring our delicious double-fried provola cheese. Each season comes with its own vegetables and sauces. We started in Summer 2021 with Summer Mania Veg (then called Hit Mania Veg), then came Winter (celebrating Neapolitan friarielli), Spring (featuring peas in a mix between a baked dish and frittatina filling), and Autumn (a mushroom explosion).
With Summer Mania Veg, all the joys of summer return: eggplants cooked with cherry tomatoes, and a rich basil mayo boosted with pesto—pine nuts, cheese, garlic. It’s one of PUOK’s most iconic sandwiches because it kicked off the whole story of our vegetarian friends finally getting a decadent, indulgent burger of their own.
