The story of Spring Mania Veg

Spring Mania Veg is part of our vegetarian burger line (the Mania Veg line), which changes with the seasons while always keeping our incredibly delicious double fried provola as the star ingredient. Each season brings its own vegetables and sauces: we kicked off in summer with Summer Mania Veg, featuring melanzane a funghetto and basil sauce; then came Autumn Mania Veg with mushrooms in a double texture; followed by Winter Mania Veg, where we celebrated Neapolitan friarielli at their very best. With Spring Mania Veg, we wanted to let the full, vibrant flavor of spring peas burst in your mouth: both through our amazing homemade pea cream, slowly crafted starting from peas simmered in a pot, then blended and strained, and through delicious baked peas cooked with onion and pepper. Together with breaded and fried provola, our iconic oven-roasted potatoes with Nonna Assunta's onions, and confit cherry tomatoes, it feels like eating a vegetarian "ruoto 'o furno". Maledetta Primavera? Not at Puok.
