Mammà is one of the most iconic burgers in PUOK’s history. If Django is the father of all Puok sandwiches, Mammà is the mother. Since day one, it’s represented the rustic, authentic, deeply Neapolitan soul of PUOK - contrasting with the international influences that have always inspired us. Mammà is the fried meatball and eggplant parmigiana sandwich. It’s Sunday lunch in Naples, in a bun. Only our longtime customers know how much we missed it when we had to cut it from the menu during the pandemic to simplify operations. In 2023, it finally returned.
