We've reached the second generation of Los Pollos, our fried chicken sandwich. The first Los Pollos featured a boneless chicken thigh burger (with salt, rosemary, and corn), battered, coated in cornflakes, and deep-fried, served with lettuce and lime & pink pepper mayo. It was a great sandwich - but now we've taken it to the next level, with even crispier textures and improved crunch. The new irresistible fried chicken is a whole boneless thigh, steamed, battered, and breaded in a secret blend of breadcrumbs. The new Los Pollos fries less, crunches more, and is now available with three different sauces: our lime & pink pepper mayo, Heinz classic mayo (a perfect match for this new chicken), and our super-secret house sauce - beyond perfect, and highly recommended.
