Django came before PUOK. While we were designing the first PUOK, the only certainty was the Django - a founding member of a philosophy that would shape most of our sandwiches: visually striking, with explosive flavors and textures, and the power to be bold yet beloved, delivering the PUOK experience to every new customer. 200g homemade patty (Bifulco selection), smoked provola, crispy bacon, red onions caramelized and marinated in apple cider vinegar, giant fried white onion rings, mayo, and our custom BBQ sauce (tweaked with a hint of ketchup and a few drops of Tabasco, which add tangy notes and a subtle kick to the final flavor).
