Braciola Supernova is the second chapter in a Cosmic Saga that began with Genovese Astrospaziale. They're twins - same creative process, same technique, totally different flavor. This time, we wanted to honor the braciola, the gem of Neapolitan ragù. How to put it in a sandwich? We didn't just untie it and toss it in bread. We deconstructed it. Result: an explosion. Neapolitan rosetta bun, shredded beef ragù, salami/raisin/pine nut oil conserve, pecorino wafer, garlic and parsley mayo. Why Supernova? Because it's Astrospaziale's twin, the second part of our cosmic saga, and a supernova is the most beautiful explosion in the universe.
